The company is specialized in manufacturing all kinds of submerged arc welding material products with excellent welding performance and mechanical performance, as well as using a variety of types of flux, featuring arc stability, slag off easy, good weld forming, high deposition efficiency, welding speed, etc. Therefore, it produces no splash during the welding process; no arc stimulation; weld surface is smooth; the welding quality is guaranteed; easier to realize mechanization and automation of welding. At the same time, this kind of products with a wide range of welding parameters adjustment, can be widely used in an open area with strong wind, greatly expanding the application range of the wire.
In addition, in view of the operating characteristics of submerged arc welding wire, the company focuses on developing the big weight unit packaging form of product packaging, including the piece weight of 250 kg and 300 kg of fine round packaging products, 200 kg, 250 kg of iron plate, wood plate packaging products, and 25 kg/tray basket in the form of packing and other special products. Emphasizing on meeting various demands in the market, the company have developed a series of submerged arc welding wire products between 1.6 5.0 specifications to cater to the customer’s needs. Meanwhile, in order to meet the needs of different customers, we also customize the production of various grades and various types of special products. Currently, the submerged arc welding wire series products are widely used in shipbuilding, large steel structure, the welding of pressure vessels, bridges and other industries, and even some special brands of products have been used in nuclear power plants container welding.
