              High Power Distribution Transformer Core

              Product Features:

              Zhili power distribution transformer core which is made by Fe-based amorphous alloy 1K101 strips has Saturation magnetic induction, low coercivity, low loss, low magnetizing current, good product stability and corrosion-resisting features.

              Low consumption and energy saving: uses amorphous alloy of soft-magnetic permeability magnetic material with isotropy; magnetizing power is low, resistivity is high and eddy-current loss is little. No-load loss and no-load current of iron core made by amorphous alloy material is very low, which is only the 1/3 of that of silicon-steel sheet. The no-load loss of transformer is about 75% lower than the value stated in GB/T10228. Cost can be greatly reduced and effect of energy saving is obvious.

              Strong corrosion resistance: amorphous alloy core is usually made full package handling with resin and thermostable silica gel which can effectively prevent corrosion and the off of amorphous alloy debris so as to effectively protect iron core and coil.
              Low temperature rise and long service life: the temperature rise of product is low and the heat dissipation potential is strong; it can work in forced air cooling condition with 130% rated load. Temperature control and protection system with perfect performances can be selected to provide reliable security for the safe operation of transformer.

                 

              Product application:
              Amorphous iron core can be used to replace silicon-steel sheet. As the single-phase and three-phase transformer core, single-phase core of amorphous transformer is single-frame core; three-phase core is three-phase five-column core and made by 4 single-frame cores; all iron cores can be opened, which is beneficial to coil set; core clamping uses formed frame structure with the features of excellent strength, light weight, smooth oil stream, good heat dissipation and low stray loss, etc.
              Compared with conventional silicon-steel transformers, the loss level of which is S9, the no-load loss and no-load current of amorphous alloy power distribution transformers are 70 - 80% and 50% lower separately, and the amorphous alloy power distribution transformer is called as high energy-saving and environment-friendly power distribution transformers. The price of amorphous transformer is about 2.5 times of the S9 conventional transformer. According to the characteristic of its long life, the use of amorphous transformers will make it possible to recover the initial increased amount in investment in five years and enjoy the enormous gains brought by the ultra-low loss of amorphous transformer in the 6th year.
