              Product Features:

              Zhili high-power instrument transformer core which is made by self-produced 1K107 DI nanocrystalline strips has high Saturation magnetic induction, 1.25T Bs, high magnetic permeability, good product stability and can work under -55—130℃ for a long time. At the same time, the outside of our iron cores are packed in plastic box and stainless steel box with adhesive to protect magnetic core (as shown in the following figure):

               

              Characteristics of iron core:

              . High magnetic permeability -- reduces the measuring error of current transformer?
              . High Saturation magnetic induction -- smaller and lighter than current transformer of silicon-steel sheet
              . Superior temperature stability -- works under -55--130°C for a long time
              . In the condition of same dimension and performance of magnetic core, iron core is lighter and cheaper than permalloy.

              Electric transformer is a special transformer to measure the current, power and electric energy in electric transmission and distribution circuit. According to the requirement on the measuring precision level of instrument transformer, different soft magnetic materials can be used as core materials. If the magnetic permeability of core is higher, the measuring error of instrument transformer will be smaller and the precision will be higher. At present, the iron-core material used most is cold-rolled silicon-steel sheet and the next is permalloy and nanocrystalline alloy. In recent years, the demand for instrument transformer with high-precision level (such as 0.2, 0.2S and 0.5S) has been increasing rapidly. When small ratio of transformation, low ampere turns are required or the dimension of iron core is restricted due to the requirement of volume, cold-rolled silicon-steel sheet can't meet the required measuring precision more often than not. Although permalloy core with high magnetic permeability can meet the requirement of precision, its price is high. While nanocrystalline core can not only meet the requirement of precision, but the price is lower than permalloy. Therefore, the domestic demand for nanocrystalline current transformer core for measurement is rapidly increased.
